A fantastic Gothic track from the album “Caricatures” by Ange…
(A French progressive rock band) released in 1972.

I saw them as an impressionable young lad at the Manchester Free Trade Hall in the early 70’s and have never forgotten the gig, it had a great influence on me at the time.
A very original and unique sound with passionate theatrical vocals à la Jacques Brel from Christian Décamps.
Fantastique. 😄

I’ve assembled a little tongue-in-cheek video to accompany the track with a few Da Vinci Code references.
Featuring Rennes-Le-Chateau Chapel, Notre-Dame Cathedral…and Chadkirk Chapel.
(Speculatavely the final resting place of the Grail…😂)
